Week of 1/10: 5/3/6 miles
Week of 1/17: 6/3/9 miles
Week of 1/24: 5/3/6 miles
Week of 1/31: 6/4/10 miles....
I remember when I trained for my very first half marathon...after I ran my first 10 miles I felt like a Champ...it was the greatest feeling ever...when I finished my first half...after 13.1 miles...I said to mysef...I still feel like I can do more....hence the full marathon I did in Chicago the next year......
